Do I need to sign up for an account to order?
Not really. But hey, we are glad that you would like to sign up with us. Nothing to lose for, we would like to share with you our new collection, promotions and updates. You may also check out your orders with "Guest" selection.
I placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation.
Sometimes things didn’t go well as we want. We are really sorry for that. Please do check your Junk Mail, sometimes it slipped on there. On the other hand, you may have accidentally typed an incorrect email address. Please continue to the contact form if you'd like a copy of your order confirmation.
I typed the wrong delivery address/email on my order.

May I cancel my order?
No. You cannot cancel your order. Please do review your order and details before submitting your order.
Why my order has been cancelled?
We have stated that the maximum payment period is 2x24hours after the order have been placed. Your order will be cancelled automatically if the payment has not been completed throught the time limit. On the hand, your order will be cancelled if the item is out of stock. We will inform you through email as well.
I have completed the payment however I forgot to confirm the payment.

How many days does my delivery arrived?
Please allow us one day after payment confirmation to check your payment and pack your order. Your delivery will be arrived depends on your selected shipping method. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Do you accept credit cards payment?
Currently, we only offer local bank transfer. We’ll try our best to fulfill your credit cards payment in near future.
How do I know the sizing?
Size guide is provided on the product’s details page. All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. We have done our best but please have average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1cm on each measurement may occur. If this doesn’t get you along, please contact us through LINE @thestoryofkai or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
How do I return an item?

Please noted that, all final sale items are non exchangeable and refundable unless it is our mistake on sending wrong sizes.
